The 5-day design sprint defines the layout, materials, BOQ, and execution plan. This amount is part of the total project cost.
STEP 2
Design Approval
After the design sprint is approved.
Layouts, materials, and the full BOQ are finalized. Execution begins after this stage.
STEP 3
Execution Progress
During the execution phase (around day 35–40).
By this stage most of the work is complete including flooring, cabinetry, and wall finishes.
Each milestone is verified through the LEORA platform before the next payment stage.
